Job Description

As a Cost Controller, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing the costs associated with projects. Your key responsibilities will include: - Having 3-5 years of experience in cost control - Demonstrating proficiency in MS Office - Possessing strong knowledge in cost analysis, contracts, and project scheduling - Exhibiting excellent communication and negotiation skills - Preparing and reviewing Bill of Quantities (BOQ) - Conducting cost estimation, valuation, and cost control - Managing contract administration - Coordinating with project teams, contractors, and clients Qualification Required: - B.E Mechanical Engineering Background Please note that only candidates with a B.E Mechanical Engineering background will be considered for this role. Civil Engineering background candidates need not apply. The company offers benefits such as health insurance. The preferred experience for this role is having 3 years of experience in cost controlling. Proficiency in Hindi and English languages is preferred, and a willingness to travel 100% of the time is also preferred. The work location for this position is in person.,
