1. Prepare and review BOQ
2. Conduct cost estimation, valuation and cost control
3. Handle contract administration
4. Coordinate with project teams, contractors and clients
5. 3-5 years of experience in cost control
6. Proficiency in MS Office
7. Strong knowledge in cost analysis, contracts and project scheduling
8. Excellent communication and negotiation skills
