Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhopal for a Cost Accounting Manager. The role involves managing cost-related financial activities, analyzing financial data, preparing cost reports, and ensuring adherence to accounting standards. You will oversee journal entries, monitor and analyze budgets, and contribute insights to enhance cost efficiency. Additionally, the role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to support financial planning and decision-making.


Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Cost Accounting, including costing principles and methodologies
  • Proficiency in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements
  • Costing & Variance Analysis.
  • Report Preparation.
  • Interaction with External Cost Auditors.
  • Experience in managing Journal Entries and a deep understanding of accounting processes
  • Analytical Skills and a data-driven mindset for effective decision-making
  • Solid understanding of Finance and its integration into business operations
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CWA/CMA certification is preferred)
  • Minimum 10+Years Experience Preferred.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
