You will play a key role in helping students bridge the gap between academic knowledge and industry expectations through hands-on training, real-world projects, and job readiness support. Responsibilities: Deliver interactive training sessions (online/offline) in your area of expertise Guide students on industry-grade projects and use-case simulations Provide mentorship on resume building, interviews, and career pathways Develop training content and case studies based on real industrial applications Stay updated on current industry tools, technologies, and trends Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback Required Experience: 3+ years of industry experience in any of the following: Mechanical, Mechatronics, Biomedical, Petrochemical, Electrical, Civil, or Blockchain Experience in training, mentoring , or conducting workshops/seminars Ability to break down complex concepts into digestible learning Strong communication and interpersonal skills Preferred Skills: Prior experience with Ed-tech, technical institutes, or training centers Knowledge of project lifecycle from design to deployment Familiarity with tools/software in your domain (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, MATLAB, PLC, Aspen, Revit, Solidity, etc.) Passion for education and talent development Why Join Us?
