Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Corporate Strategy Analyst. This role offers a unique opportunity to work directly with the Managing Partner on high-impact strategic, analytical, and content-focused initiatives that shape the core of GrowthBridge’s investor education and investment advisory ecosystem. The intern will contribute across research, frameworks, content creation, and early-stage business building - making this an ideal position for students seeking deep, hands-on exposure to investments, financial planning, and entrepreneurial execution.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Research & Framework Development

• Assist the Managing Partner in developing proprietary financial models and long-term investing frameworks, including quality-screening systems, portfolio-construction methodologies, and risk-assessment tools.
• Assist in data collection from multiple excel files that will be used as inputs for the proprietary models.

2. Curriculum & Program Development

• Assist in designing curriculum modules for GrowthBridge’s flagship investor education programs.
• Ensure conceptual depth, clarity, and real-world applicability in all learning materials.

3. Content Writing, Editing & Publishing Support

• Draft, refine, and review content across multiple formats—including articles, myth-vs-fact cards, infographics, explainers, templates, and research notes.
• Contribute to building a cohesive content library on personal finance, mutual funds, capital markets, and long-term investing.

4. Industry & Competitor Research

• Conduct structured secondary research on investment themes, mutual funds, industry benchmarks, and competitive offerings.
• Synthesize findings to strengthen content positioning, program quality, and strategic decision-making.

5. Investor Tools & Product Development

• Support the creation of calculators, worksheets, checklists, and decision-making tools to enhance investor capability.
• Work on usability, structure, and clarity to ensure tools deliver real, measurable value.

6. Internal Knowledge Systems

• Help build and maintain internal databases, frameworks, templates, SOPs, and risk-management guidelines.
• Ensure organization, version control, and accessibility across teams.

7. Business Operations & Execution Support

• Assist with day-to-day operational tasks required to take GrowthBridge from the current build-out phase to a full-scale launch.
• Support coordination, research, documentation, and workflows across functional areas.

Qualifications

• Intermediate skills in MS Excel
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
• Freshers are welcomed to apply
• Experience in investing or personal finance related field is highly desirable
• Work Days: Six days a week, and avg. ~8 hours a day.

Compensation & Benefits

• Fully remote role
• Monthly salary budget at INR 15,000 to 25,000
