Tailored Homes, a distinct brand under the umbrella of Rentech Designs, is dedicated to offering top-notch serviced apartments and Corporate residences throughout India. In this full-time on-site position based in Gurugram, you will assume the role of a Corporate Sales Specialist. Your primary responsibilities will encompass corporate sales, sales management, business development, and negotiation activities aimed at boosting revenue growth and acquiring new clients. To thrive in this role, you should possess expertise in Corporate Sales and Sales Management, Business Development, and Negotiation. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are crucial, alongside the ability to consistently achieve sales targets and meet deadlines. While not mandatory, prior experience in the real estate or hospitality industry would be advantageous.
