Key Responsibilities: - Research and identify potential clients within the corporate sector interested in hosting MICE events. - Conduct cold calling, networking, and attend industry events to establish relationships and generate leads. - Engage with potential clients to understand their specific event requirements, objectives, and budget constraints. - Propose suitable MICE packages and solutions that align with client needs and objectives. - Create customized proposals outlining event details such as venues, accommodations, catering, transportation, and additional services. - Negotiate terms and pricing to ensure a mutually beneficial outcome for the client and the organization. - Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns for MICE services. - Meet sales targets and revenue goals set by the organization. - Utilize strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation, persuasion, and presentation skills. - Demonstrate knowledge of the MICE industry, including event planning. - Be flexible to travel for client meetings and industry events as necessary. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in sales, preferably within the travel or hospitality industry. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Negotiation and persuasion abilities. - Excellent presentation skills. - Knowledge of the MICE industry, including event planning. - Flexibility to travel for client meetings and industry events as required.
