Corporate Sales Manager

Position : Sales Manager - Corporate Sales Location: Hyderabad Experience 3 to 8yrs Ctc upto 7.5LPA max Notice Period : Immediate or 15 Days max Key Responsibilities : Identify and acquire new corporate clients needing employee transportation and mobility solutions. Build long-term partnerships with Admin, HR, Facilities, and Procurement heads in mid to large-sized companies. Understand client pain points in transport management and offer tailored, tech-enabled solutions. Prepare proposals, pricing models, and business presentations in line with client budgets and expectations. Negotiate contracts and service agreements with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and profitability. Maintain a consistent pipeline and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets. Collaborate with operations, technology, and customer service teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery. Stay updated on competition, market trends, and emerging client needs in the employee transport domain. Qualifications & Skills : Graduate in any discipline; MBA or equivalent preferred. 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in corporate transport, facility management, or logistics. Strong consultative selling, presentation, and communication skills. Experience dealing with enterprise clients and working on long-term contracts. Proactive, target-driven, and adept at working in a fast-paced environment. Willing to travel locally for client meetings and site visits.
