We are looking for a Manager - Corporate Sales to lead our sales initiatives, build strong client relationships, and drive business growth. From identifying prospects to finalizing contracts, youll play a pivotal role in expanding Northstars footprint and strengthening our market leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and engage potential clients across sectors like defense, energy, ports, infrastructure, and manufacturing.
Conduct discovery meetings to understand client needs and recommend tailored EHS/ESG solutions.
Develop proposals and negotiate terms to secure high-value contracts.
Collaborate with internal teams and oversee seamless transitions to project delivery.
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of experience in B2B sales.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
