Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Corporate Sales Manager to join our team in Sector 48, Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have 7-13 years of experience in sales and marketing, with excellent communication skills and the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Develop and implement programs to enhance sales performance.
  • Contact customers via emails and phone calls to offer products and services.
  • Visit clients or arrange meetings to discuss product benefits.
  • Deliver sales pitches and presentations to clients.
  • Communicate with customers to identify their requirements and assist them in selecting appropriate products.
  • Motivate and guide sales teams to improve performance and achieve goals.
  • Monitor sales personnel activities to assess performance and productivity, assigning and designating sales quotas and territories according to individual potential.
  • Collaborate with marketing, advertising, and production heads to develop plans enhancing sales and overall company performance, ensuring marketing objectives align with sales targets.
  • Conduct market trend surveys and research to gather leads and sales opportunities, compiling, analyzing, and interpreting sales data to provide reports to management.
  • Ensure after-sales support and service provision to clients, preparing and presenting periodic budgets/sales forecasts to management.
  • Organize meetings to discuss sales activities and decide on improvement strategies.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in sales and marketing.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in corporate sales, sales forecasting, and after-sales support is desirable.
  • Skills in interpreting sales data, conducting surveys, and identifying market trends are advantageous.
  • Ability to motivate and guide sales teams to achieve goals.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and practices.
