Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Corporate Sales Manager with 7-13 years of experience to lead our sales team and drive business growth in Gurgaon, Sector 48. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, with excellent communication skills.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and customers.
  • Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to meet their targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales plans.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Deliver sales pitches and presentations to clients, highlighting the benefits of products to influence purchases.
  • Communicate with customers to identify their requirements and assist them in selecting appropriate products that meet their specifications.
  • Monitor sales personnel performance and productivity, assigning and designating sales quotas and territories according to individual potential.
  • Ensure marketing objectives and activities align with sales targets, conduct surveys and research to gather information on market trends, potential leads, and sales opportunities, and compile, analyze, and interpret sales data to provide reports to management on performance.
  • Provide after-sales support and services to clients, prepare and present periodic budgets/sales forecasts to management, and organize meetings to discuss sales activities and decide on improvement strategies.
Job Requirements
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in sales and marketing or a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline; an MBA/PGDM is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Experience in corporate sales management, preferably in the FMCG industry.
