Job Description

SUMMARY

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Planning:

Evaluate market trends, competitor activities, and client requirements to identify potential business opportunities.

Client Relationship Management:

Establish and nurture strong relationships with key corporate clients.
Conduct regular client meetings to comprehend their insurance needs and offer customized solutions.
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.

Business Development:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the corporate sector.
Maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients.
Collaborate with the marketing team to devise effective sales campaigns and promotional activities.

Product Scope:

Manage a comprehensive range of General Insurance products including Corporate, Fire, Marine, Motor, Liability, and Engineering Insurance, among others.

Requirements

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree is required; a master’s degree is preferred.
Minimum 6 years of experience in corporate sales within the insurance industry, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Demonstrated track record of meeting and surpassing sales targets.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Profound knowledge of insurance products and services.
Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies.
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
