Job Description

Role & Responsibilities:  Identify and acquire new corporate clients through lead generation, networking, and cold calling.  Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.  Understand client requirements and propose suitable products/services that align with their business needs.  Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.  Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of service in line with company policies.  Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.  Manage and update sales pipeline using CRM tools to ensure accurate forecasting and reporting.  Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product, operations) to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless service delivery. Required Skills: • Proficient in sales techniques and strategies to drive revenue and achieve targets. • Strong verbal & written communication skills for effective client interaction. • Ability to develop & implement strategic business development plans. • Expertise in negotiating deals and partnerships to ensure favourable outcomes. • Capability to conduct comprehensive market research & analyse industry trends. • Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. • Analytical mindset for monitoring key performance indicators & making data-driven decisions.
