As an Account Manager in Corporate Sales within the Airlines industry, your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and enhance market presence. A Bachelor's degree in any field is required, with an MBA preferred. A minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the airline industry, along with a strong understanding of industry dynamics, market trends, and the competitive landscape, is essential. Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills are necessary, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels. A results-driven mindset, ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and skills in leadership, team development, and analytical thinking are crucial for success in this role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools such as Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel is required. Experience with Salesforce is preferred.
