We are seeking driven individuals to fulfill the following roles and responsibilities: - Identify, onboard, and activate offline affiliates/channel partners to drive sustainable business growth. - Conduct market surveys and establish connections with educational institutions. - Initiate discussions with HODs for seminar opportunities and other BTL activities. - Create brand awareness for Virohan in specific territories. - Collect data from 12th board exam centers to attract fresh students. - Strategically plan event activations for enhanced outreach. - Execute marketing activities to generate sales leads and achieve monthly targets. - Nurture agent relationships and networks to meet sales objectives. The ideal candidate should possess the following qualities: - Growth-oriented, thrives in challenges, and exhibits high resolve and drive. - Comfortable with field sales and committed to daily market presence. - Proficient in consultative sales and skilled at building trust without being forceful. - Strong communication skills, especially in regional languages based on geography. - Open to feedback, embraces learning from mistakes and setbacks. - Presentable appearance with previous fieldwork experience, preferably in the education sector. - Excellent presentation skills to effectively represent the company to diverse audiences. - 2 to 5 years of sales experience, preferably in field sales/offline sales. - Basic Excel skills are a plus.
