Job Description

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to understand their salary needs and provide tailored solutions.
Identify new business opportunities and expand existing client relationships to increase revenue growth.
Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement effective salary strategies that meet client requirements.
Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to stay ahead of the competition.
Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
Manage and negotiate contracts with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in sales, marketing, or a related field with a strong track record of success.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills are essential.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
