Corporate Relations Officer

We are looking for a dynamic Corporate Relations Officer who will play a key role in building and maintaining strategic partnerships with companies to facilitate student placements and internships. This position suits professionals with experience in campus recruitment, corporate tie-ups, and career development initiatives.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate partners for student placement and internship opportunities.
• Identify and onboard new companies and industry associations to expand our network.
• Coordinate placement drives, internship programs, and employability workshops.
• Work closely with students to understand their career aspirations and align them with corporate needs.
• Collaborate with the academic and training teams to ensure programs meet industry standards.
• Negotiate MoUs, partnership proposals, and employer engagement plans.
• Track placement and internship outcomes, generating reports and success metrics.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, HR, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2–6 years of experience in corporate relations, placements, or industry partnerships (preferably in the education or training sector).
• Excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong understanding of corporate hiring trends and talent requirements.
• Ability to work independently, meet targets, and handle multiple projects.
