Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic professional with corporate experience to lead our corporate fundraising, CSR partnerships, and licensing initiatives . The candidate will be responsible for identifying opportunities, building strong corporate relationships, analyzing CSR trends, and developing proposals aligned with companies’ thematic focus areas. Key Responsibilities Identify and approach potential corporate partners for CSR and fundraising opportunities. Conduct research on CSR trends, thematic areas, and compliance requirements . Develop and maintain licensing partnerships. Prepare and present proposals, reports, and pitches to corporates. Manage donor relationships through consistent communication, calls, and in-person meetings. Analyze donor data, fundraising performance, and recommend strategic improvements. Represent REAP at corporate meetings, events, and networking forums. Qualifications & Skills Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Social Work, Marketing, or related field. 2–5 years of experience in corporate relations, fundraising, or CSR in non-profit/CSR sector. Strong knowledge of CSR policies, compliance, and thematic areas of companies. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Research and data analysis skills. Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with field visits and corporate interactions. Role Summary: The Corporate Relations Officer is responsible for building and managing strategic partnerships with corporate organizations, foundations, and institutions to advance REAP’s educational and social development initiatives. The role involves designing proposals, facilitating donor engagement, ensuring compliance with CSR requirements, and strengthening visibility and credibility of the organization among corporate stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: 1. Partnership Development & Donor Relations Identify, approach, and engage corporate partners, CSR divisions, and philanthropic trusts for potential collaborations and funding. Build long-term, trust-based relationships with donors through regular communication, field visits, and impact presentations. Develop customized proposals and concept notes aligned with partner priorities and REAP’s mission. Ensure timely donor reporting, documentation, and compliance with grant terms. 2. Project Coordination & Implementation Support Liaise with program heads (STEM, Foundational Learning, Digital Literacy, Skill Development) to align corporate-funded projects with implementation needs. Coordinate with finance and operations teams for budget preparation, utilization tracking, and audit readiness. Monitor progress, compile field updates, and support evaluation exercises for funded projects. 3. Branding & Communication Plan and oversee corporate engagement events, donor visits, and impact showcases at REAP centers. Support communication material development – presentations, brochures, newsletters, social media posts – highlighting partner contributions and program outcomes. Strengthen REAP’s CSR visibility through digital, media, and institutional channels. 4. Strategic Planning & Institutional Growth Contribute to annual fundraising and partnership targets, ensuring sustainable resource mobilization. Research emerging CSR trends, funding opportunities, and industry sectors for potential engagement. Represent REAP at CSR networking forums, industry events, and education-development conferences. Qualifications & Experience: Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Social Work, Development Studies, Business Management, or related field. 3–6 years of experience in corporate partnerships, fundraising, or CSR project management. Strong communication, proposal writing, and presentation skills. Ability to coordinate across departments and work independently with attention to timelines and donor expectations.
