Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential corporate partners for CSR and fundraising opportunities.
• Conduct research on

  CSR trends, thematic areas, and compliance requirements

  .
• Develop and maintain licensing partnerships.
• Prepare and present proposals, reports, and pitches to corporates.
• Manage donor relationships through consistent communication, calls, and in-person meetings.
• Analyze donor data, fundraising performance, and recommend strategic improvements.
• Represent REAP at corporate meetings, events, and networking forums.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Social Work, Marketing, or related field.

• 2–5 years of experience

  in corporate relations, fundraising, or CSR in non-profit/CSR sector.
• Strong knowledge of CSR policies, compliance, and thematic areas of companies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Research and data analysis skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with field visits and corporate interactions.
