Corporate Relations Manager

As a Placement Manager at Fusion Software Institute, your role will involve overseeing the complete placement cycle to ensure successful career transitions for our students and professionals. Your key responsibilities will include: - End-to-End Placement Management: You will be responsible for planning, scheduling, coordinating, and executing campus recruitment drives to facilitate placements. - Team Leadership: You will lead and mentor the placement team to ensure smooth functioning and achievement of placement targets. - Corporate Relations: Establish and maintain strong relationships with HR professionals and recruiters from IT and related industries to create placement opportunities. - Student Preparation: Conduct resume-building workshops, grooming sessions, and mock interviews to equip students with the necessary skills for real-time job interviews. - Student Tracking: Monitor and track students' progress, performance, and readiness for placement on a regular basis. - Industry Tie-ups: Collaborate with companies for internships, live projects, guest lectures, and placement drives. - Reports & Documentation: Maintain records of student placements, company interactions, feedback, and progress reports. In order to excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: - Minimum 4 years of experience as a Placement Manager or in a similar role in the training/education sector. - Strong HR and corporate networking skills, especially in the IT industry. - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to mentor and motivate students and team members. - Familiarity with current industry trends, job roles, and expectations. - Proficiency in placement management systems.
