About the Role:

You'll not only own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for key roles but also play a consultative role in aligning people strategies with business objectives, supporting leadership teams with insights, talent intelligence, and workforce planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for mid to senior-level roles across business units, ensuring speed, quality, and cultural alignment.
• Partner with function heads and leadership to understand current and future talent needs.
• Proactively build high-quality pipelines through direct sourcing, networking, and headhunting.
• Support

• Ensure a seamless and high-quality

• Track and present real-time hiring metrics and reports to the CEOs office.
