Job description About the Role: We are looking for a high-potential, business-savvy corporate Talent Acquisition executive to work closely with the CEOs office and senior leadership. This is a role that blends Business strategy and hiring , offering a unique opportunity to contribute to both talent strategy and organizational effectiveness . You'll not only own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for key roles but also play a consultative role in aligning people strategies with business objectives, supporting leadership teams with insights, talent intelligence, and workforce planning. Location : Worli, Mumbai Experience : 1 to 4 Yrs Key Responsibilities: Manage full-cycle recruitment for mid to senior-level roles across business units, ensuring speed, quality, and cultural alignment. Partner with function heads and leadership to understand current and future talent needs. Proactively build high-quality pipelines through direct sourcing, networking, and headhunting. Support CXO and niche hiring , including candidate research, scheduling, and high-touch engagement. Ensure a seamless and high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
