Go2 Hotels & Resorts is a fast-growing hospitality management brand operating across South India, specializing in FOCO (Franchise-Owned, Company-Operated) and Revenue-Share models. We partner with hotel owners to enhance profitability, operational efficiency, and guest satisfaction through professional hotel management systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations across all hotel departments including Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, and Maintenance.
  • Lead and mentor on-site teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences and maintain high service standards.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure operational consistency.
  • Manage budgets, P&L statements, and financial performance to meet profitability goals.
  • Work closely with the corporate management team on strategic planning, cost control, and performance optimization.
  • Ensure compliance with brand standards, safety norms, and regulatory requirements.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and guest-first mindset.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Hotel Management / Hospitality Administration (preferred).
  • Minimum 8–12 years of experience in hotel operations, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role such as General Manager, Operations Head, or Cluster Manager.
  • Proven track record of improving guest satisfaction scores, cost efficiency, and revenue performance.
  • Strong understanding of hotel P&L, staff management, and operational excellence.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
