Corporate Manager

• MSP Governance: Direct and manage the day-to-day activities of external partner teams

(L1/L2/L3 support). Ensure they are meeting contractual SLAs and KPIs.

• Vendor Relations: Manage commercial and technical relationships with ISPs (Airtel, Jio,

etc.), Hardware OEMs (Cisco, OEM), and Cloud vendors.

• Audit & Compliance: Regularly audit partner performance and network configurations to

ensure they align with organizational security policies and industry standards.

• AWS Operations: Oversee the operational health of existing AWS Landing Zones. Monitor

Direct Connect usage, Transit Gateway routing tables, and VPC flow logs for security or

performance operational drifts.

• SD-WAN Optimization: Review traffic patterns and policies on the existing SD-WAN fabric

to optimize application performance (O365, SAP, Zoom) and bandwidth costs.

• Tech Refresh Planning: Identify End-of-Life (EOL) hardware within the Data Centers and

branches and plan non-disruptive refresh cycles with partners.

• Cost Control: Monitor AWS networking costs (Data Transfer Out, NAT Gateway charges) and

WAN link utilization to recommend cost-saving measures.

• Capacity Management: Forecast bandwidth and port capacity requirements based on

business growth and direct partners to provision resources ahead of time.

• Uptime Assurance: Maintain strict SLA adherence (99.99%) for the existing MPLS and SD-

WAN connectivity across all Pan-India branches and Data Centers with partners

• Incident & Problem Management: Act as the highest escalation point for P1/P2 incidents.

Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) meetings with partners to prevent recurrence.

• Change Governance: Chair the Network Change Advisory Board (CAB) to review and

approve configuration changes, ensuring zero disruption to live operations.

• Monitoring & Observability: Ensure proactive monitoring tools are correctly tuned to

detect anomalies in the AWS Cloud and On-Prem infrastructure before they impact users.

Qualifications & Skills ( not mandatory)

• Operational Maturity: Understanding of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change

Management).

• Vendor Governance: Proven experience managing large Managed Service Providers (MSPs)

or outsourced network teams. You must know how to drive performance from external

partners.

• Crisis Management: Ability to command a "War Room" during critical outages and

coordinate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders.

• Wan Technologies: Deep understanding of MPLS, SD-WAN, and GRE/IPsec operational

troubleshooting.

• AWS Networking: Practical knowledge of maintaining AWS Networking (TGW, VPC, Direct

Connect) to validate partner recommendations.

• Data Center: Familiarity with Cisco Nexus/Spine-Leaf architecture and Next-Gen Firewalls

(Palo Alto/Fortinet) operations.

Preferred certifications & Qualification:

• CCNA/CCNP

• AWS Certified SysOps Administrator or Advanced Networking

• Any technical Degree holder [ B.Tech - Preferred ]
