As an AWS Operations and DevOps Support specialist, you will be responsible for providing 24/7 monitoring, incident management with SLAs, cost optimization, and governance services. To excel in this role, you should ideally have experience working with container platforms such as ECS & EKS, handling ML workloads, possess relevant certifications, and be familiar with HPC and ML technologies like parallel clusters, AWS batch, and SageMaker especially in the context of life sciences data workloads. While AWS Advanced or Premier Partner status is preferred, the right candidate will also have a strong foundation in the aforementioned areas along with a track record of references to support their expertise. Role & responsibilities Design, implement, and maintain AWS infrastructure using Terraform (IaC Infrastructure as Code). Manage CI/CD pipelines and automate operational tasks using tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or CodePipeline.
