Corporate Legal Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Legal Advice and Counsel:Providing sound legal advice to management and other departments on a wide range of legal issues, including corporate law, contract law, and regulatory compliance.
• Contract Management:Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, agreements, and other legal documents to protect the company's interests.
• Compliance:Ensuring the company complies with all applicable laws and regulations, including industry-specific requirements and government policies.
• Risk Management:Identifying and mitigating legal risks associated with the company's operations and transactions.
• Dispute Resolution:Handling or overseeing legal disputes, including litigation, arbitration, and mediation.
• Legal Research:Conducting legal research on various matters to support decision-making and advise on legal strategies.
• Corporate Governance:Ensuring the company's governance practices align with legal requirements and best practices.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Legal Expertise: A strong understanding of corporate law, contract law, and relevant regulations.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for drafting legal documents and communicating legal advice.
• Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate effectively in contract and other legal matters.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex legal issues and provide sound legal solutions.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve legal problems efficiently.
• Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Education: A law degree (LLB) from a recognized institution is typically required.
• Experience: Relevant experience in corporate law, contract management, and legal compliance is usually necessary.
