Key Responsibilities

Internal Recruitment & Hiring

Manage end-to-end internal recruitment for US staffing roles

Hire Recruiters, BDMs, Account Managers, and delivery/support teams

Source candidates experienced with Prime Vendors, Tier-1 partners, and Direct Clients

Conduct HR screening, interviews, salary negotiations, and offer closures

Sourcing & Market Expertise

Leverage LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, ATS, and networking for niche hiring

Build strong pipelines for recurring US staffing requirements

Track recruitment metrics and hiring progress

Coordination & Onboarding

Coordinate interviews with leadership and hiring managers

Handle offer letters, documentation, and joining formalities

Ensure smooth onboarding and quick productivity ramp-up

Required Skills & Experience

Mandatory hands-on experience with US Staffing Company.

Proven success in BDM hiring

Strong exposure to Prime Vendors, Tier-1 clients, and Direct Client models

Excellent communication, negotiation, and closure skills

Ability to work independently in a remote/night-shift environment

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (HR / Business / any discipline)

Strong knowledge of US staffing hiring trends and competitor mapping
