Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Tumkur/Bangalore & Karwar for a Corporate Human Resources professional. The Corporate HR role involves managing day-to-day HR activities, developing and implementing HR policies, overseeing employee benefits, and personnel management. The role also includes ensuring compliance with labor regulations and fostering a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
• 8-10 years Experience in developing and implementing HR Policies and managing Employee Benefits
• Personnel Management skills
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Prior experience in the Herbal extraction manufacturing sector is a plus
