Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Research and Development Specialist located in Tumkur. The Research and Development Specialist will be responsible for conducting research, developing new products, and improving existing ones. Day-to-day tasks include performing laboratory experiments, analyzing data, maintaining laboratory equipment, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The Specialist will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.

Qualifications

• Research and Development (R&D) and Research skills
• Analytical and Laboratory skills
• Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, or cosmeceutical industries is a plus
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field such as Chemistry, Biology, or Pharmaceutical Sciences
