Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Research and Development Specialist, located in Mumbai. The specialist will perform day-to-day tasks including planning and conducting experiments, developing innovative products and solutions, analyzing and interpreting experimental data, and maintaining detailed laboratory records. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams and preparing reports to support decision-making and product development initiatives. Qualifications Strong expertise in Research and Development (R&D) and Research methodologies. Proficiency in Analytical Skills and Laboratory Skills for conducting and interpreting experiments. Excellent Communication skills to collaborate with teams and prepare clear documentation. Ability to solve problems effectively and think critically when evaluating data. Familiarity with safety standards and procedures in an R&D environment is advantageous. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Materials Science, or a related field is required.
