About the Role
We are seeking a creative and passionate Social Media & Brand Communications Specialist with 23 years of experience (preferably in skincare, personal care, or beauty brands). The role demands both strategic thinking and creative executionfrom developing engaging campaigns to managing day-to-day social content. You will collaborate closely with our design team to bring Naija Organics brand story alive across platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, design, and manage engaging content across social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
Conceptualize social media campaigns and brand storytelling initiatives to strengthen awareness and drive conversions.
Collaborate with designers, photographers, and video editors to create visually impactful content.
Write compelling copy for posts, campaigns, ads, and brand communication materials.
Track and analyze social media performance, optimize campaigns, and present reports.
Ensure brand voice and communication are consistent across all channels.
Stay ahead of trends in skincare, clean beauty, and organic personal care marketing.
Requirements
23 years of experience in social media marketing/brand communications, preferably in skincare, personal care, or lifestyle brands.
Creative thinker with strong storytelling, content planning, and campaign ideation skills.
Familiarity with tools such as Meta Business Suite, Canva/Adobe Creative Suite, and analytics dashboards.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong collaboration skills for working with designers and marketing teams.
