Providing support to the Investment Structuring/Business Services team (‘ISBS’). ISBS supports the Private Equity Europe, Private Equity Technology, and Real Estate lines of business.

Responsibilities:

Treasury:

Bank account opening, online banking set up and administrative assistance, and responding to bank KYC and tax compliance requests.

Bank reconciliations for several accounts.

Review of bank balances monthly, forward analysis to check liquidity for the following month, particularly important for the Real Estate side where regular distributions are made.

Investment Structuring:

Prepare instructions for incorporating entities as per structuring documents. Draft loan documents

Assist the ISBS team in the admin preparation of new and closing investments, including compiling documents to be shared with regulators.

Maintain the department’s various deal databases as well as logs and files and marketing library.

Maintaining records of investor ownership and responding to internal and external queries on current ownership.

Monthly reconciliation between an external portal and internal investment summary regarding current investment share ownership. Updating for any memos on an ad hoc basis, then monthly review thereafter.

Maintaining records of ISBS team Directorships in different jurisdictions.

Finance:

Liaising with the accounting team to reclass and recharge operating expenses, following directions from the ISBS team.

Performing a monthly reconciliation between the ISBS and accounting team’s records of outstanding

receivable balance.

Ad hoc data entry.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree

1-2 years of relevant experience, preferably within the finance industry.

Excellent written communication skills in English.

Proven experience with Microsoft Office (particularly Excel, and also Word and PowerPoint)

A team player with a flexible and proactive approach and a willingness to learn
