Your Role As a key member of the finance team, you will be responsible for analyzing financial data to support reporting and decision-making. Your responsibilities will include: - Conducting financial data analysis to support reporting activities and decision-making processes. - Developing investor presentations and preparing due diligence materials, including content creation and research. - Generating ad-hoc financial reports and analyses to assist senior management in strategic planning. - Assessing potential consolidation opportunities and initiating the acquisition/merger process in collaboration with the M&A team. - Enhancing efficiency by automating manual reporting processes in partnership with the technology and infrastructure teams. Your Profile To succeed in this role, you: - Have at least 1 year of professional experience in finance, with proficiency in Excel, Tableau, or equivalent tools. - Must communicate effectively by maintaining transparency in your projects and delivering clear, concise reports. - Demonstrate strong time management skills, ensuring timely and efficient completion of tasks. - Possess a solid understanding of financial principles, including P&L statements, balance sheets, and cash flow mechanics. - Thrive in dynamic, fast-paced, and entrepreneurial environments, working independently with a proactive mindset. - Exhibit strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a hands-on approach to problem-solving. - Have fluency in English; proficiency in German is a plus.
