Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Corporate Executive Chef located in Lucknow. The Corporate Executive Chef will oversee day-to-day kitchen operations, manage food preparation and cooking, ensure high standards of food service, and maintain the quality of food and beverages. The role involves culinary management responsibilities, including menu planning, maintaining kitchen safety and sanitation, and supervising culinary staff to deliver excellent dining experiences.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Food Preparation and Cooking
• Experience in Food Service and Food & Beverage management
• Strong skills in Culinary Management
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Relevant certifications in culinary arts or hospitality management
• Experience working in a high-volume kitchen environment is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic setting
