To qualify for this role, you should have proven experience as a Corporate Chef, Executive Chef, or Culinary Director in a multi-unit restaurant or hospitality setting, hold a degree or diploma in Culinary Arts or a related field, possess strong leadership, training, and communication skills, demonstrate excellent knowledge of food safety and quality standards, exhibit the ability to create innovative menus and culinary concepts, have financial acumen related to food costing and inventory management, be flexible to travel to different locations as required.
