Job Summary: We are seeking dynamic and engaging Retail Trainers to conduct in-store training for our sales staff across various store locations. Based out of Lucknow , this role is responsible for improving employee performance through effective training in product knowledge, grooming, and sales techniques . The ideal candidates will be enthusiastic, well-spoken, and passionate about building high-performing sales teams. Key Responsibilities: Conduct sales and product training for in-store staff. Deliver grooming and customer interaction training to enhance professionalism. Continuously monitor and improve sales performance through refresher and follow-up sessions. Customize training content based on store type, region, or performance gaps. Travel regularly to stores across Uttar Pradesh for on-ground training delivery . Prepare and maintain training reports, feedback, and session documentation. Work closely with HR and Operations to identify training needs and rollout plans. Key Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferred: Business, Retail, or HR). 1–3 years of experience in retail training, field sales training, or similar roles . Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Willingness to travel regularly to field locations (travel expenses covered). Passion for developing people and improving frontline staff performance. Fluency in Hindi and basic English required.
