Job Summary:

Retail Trainers

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct

  sales and product training

  for in-store staff.
• Deliver

  grooming and customer interaction

  training to enhance professionalism.
• Continuously

  monitor and improve sales performance

  through refresher and follow-up sessions.
• Customize training content based on store type, region, or performance gaps.
• Travel regularly to stores across Uttar Pradesh for

  on-ground training delivery

  .
• Prepare and maintain training reports, feedback, and session documentation.
• Work closely with HR and Operations to identify training needs and rollout plans.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferred: Business, Retail, or HR).
• 1–3 years of experience in

  retail training, field sales training, or similar roles

  .
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to

  travel regularly to field locations

  (travel expenses covered).
• Passion for developing people and improving frontline staff performance.
• Fluency in Hindi and basic English required.
