Job Title: Core HR Executive

Experience : 3 Years Required

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Core HR Executive with 3–4 years of experience to manage and support essential HR functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for core HR operations including employee lifecycle management, policy implementation, compliance, and HR process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle (onboarding to exit formalities).

Maintain and update employee records in HR systems (HRMS).

Ensure smooth implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures.

Handle performance management cycles including goal setting, appraisals, and feedback.

Manage attendance, leave, and payroll coordination with the finance team.

Support statutory compliance (PF, ESI, gratuity, etc.) and labor law adherence.

Address employee grievances professionally and ensure timely resolution.

Conduct employee engagement activities and feedback initiatives.

Generate and analyze HR reports (attrition, headcount, etc.) as required.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

3–4 years of experience in core HR functions.

Good knowledge of Indian labor laws and statutory compliance.

Proficient in HRMS tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in a mid-sized or large organization.

Exposure to HR audits and process improvement projects.

Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) is a plus.

Pay: ₹11,519.34 - ₹36,181.92 per month
