Roles :-

Core HR Executive Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition:

    This includes job posting, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and managing the overall hiring process.
  • Onboarding:

    Ensuring new hires smoothly transition into the company culture, understand policies, and receive necessary training.
  • Employee Relations:

    Addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive work environment.
  • Performance Management:

    Implementing performance appraisal systems, providing feedback, and facilitating employee development.
  • Compensation and Benefits:

    Managing payroll, designing benefit packages, and ensuring fair and competitive compensation.
  • Compliance:

    Ensuring adherence to labor laws and regulations, as well as company policies.
  • Training and Development:

    Identifying training needs, organizing training programs, and facilitating employee growth.
  • Employee Engagement:

    Implementing initiatives to improve employee morale and motivation.
  • HR Policy Development and Implementation:

    Creating and updating HR policies and ensuring they are effectively communicated and followed.
  • Record Management:

    Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records.

Recruitment Specific Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing Candidates:

    Utilizing various channels like job boards, social media, and internal databases to find qualified candidates.
  • Screening Resumes and Applications:

    Reviewing resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates for further evaluation.
  • Conducting Interviews:

    Conducting both initial screenings and in-depth interviews to assess candidates' skills and suitability.

  • Excellent command of English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
