Core HR Executive

As a Core HR Executive with 3 years of experience, your role will involve managing and supporting essential HR functions. You will be responsible for various core HR operations including employee lifecycle management, policy implementation, compliance, and HR process improvement. Key Responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit formalities. - Maintain and update employee records in HR systems (HRMS). - Ensure smooth implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures. - Handle performance management cycles including goal setting, appraisals, and feedback. - Support statutory compliance such as PF, ESI, gratuity, and adherence to labor laws. - Address employee grievances professionally and ensure timely resolution. - Conduct employee engagement activities and feedback initiatives. - Generate and analyze HR reports (attrition, headcount, etc.) as required. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors/Masters degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. - 3 years of experience in core HR functions. - Good knowledge of Indian labor laws and statutory compliance. - Proficient in HRMS tools and Microsoft Office Suite. - Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently. In addition to the above requirements, it is preferred if you have experience in a mid-sized or large organization, exposure to HR audits, and process improvement projects. Any certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) would be a plus. Please note that this is a full-time position with a day shift schedule. Fluency in English is required, and the work location is in person.,
