Core Banking System Developer - T24

We are seeking an experienced T24 Technical Development Manager with strong expertise in Temenos T24/Globus and a proven track record of leading enterprise-wide development and implementation projects. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical knowledge, strong leadership capabilities, and hands-on experience in T24 development, performance tuning, system architecture, and banking domain processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage technical development teams for T24 Core Banking implementations and enhancement projects.
• Oversee planning, installation, configuration, and implementation of server-based, enterprise-wide T24 environments.
• Collaborate with the Project Management Office (PMO) to ensure smooth execution of development activities and project deliverables.
• Drive end-to-end T24 implementation cycles, including requirement analysis, technical design, development, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Conduct performance fine-tuning for T24/Globus environments and optimize system performance.
• Manage and support T24 upgrades, module enhancements, and integration activities.
• Ensure technical solutions meet business requirements, scalability standards, and system architecture best practices.
• Oversee data migration planning, execution, validation, and reconciliation.
• Design and develop T24 components such as Versions, Enquiries, Routines, Validation routines, TCServer configurations, and TSM services.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate banking processes into technical solutions.
• Monitor daily COB processing, system scripts, jobs, and multi-company setups.

Required Experience

• 10+ years of Technical Development Management experience.
• 4–5 years as an IT practitioner in enterprise environments covering planning, installation, configuration, and implementation.
• Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in T24 Core Banking Systems.
• Mandatory experience in T24/Globus with strong understanding of all T24 modules.
• At least 5 years in T24 implementation projects, including two end-to-end implementations for private banking clients.
• Experience in T24 performance fine-tuning projects is preferred.
• Experience managing development teams in enterprise-scale implementations.

Technical Skills

• Strong experience in T24 Application Development on UNIX and jBASE platforms.
• Good understanding of T24 architecture, integration capabilities, and system components.
• Knowledge of key T24 components including:
• TCServer
• jBASE
• Versions & Enquiries
• Mainline and Validation Routines
• TSM services
• Experience with Application/Interface Design, Development, and Implementation.
• Exposure to system and hardware architecture is a plus.
• Experience working with Data Migration Tools, COB processing, build control, and monitoring tools.

Domain Knowledge

• Deep understanding of banking operations and business processes.
• Good knowledge of retail and corporate banking is an advantage.
• Strong business analysis, functional understanding, and solution architecture capability.

• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments and manage multiple priorities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹2,500,000.00 - ₹4,000,000.00 per year
