As a Copywriting Intern, you'll play a key role in enhancing our Inside Sales operations by
creating persuasive, customer-centric copy that drives engagement across chat-based and
voice/video channels. You'll help optimize messaging to boost chat initiations, chatbot pre
qualifications, sale conversions on call, Meta ad campaigns via lead forms and CTWA.
* Develop engaging WhatsApp templates for customer engagement, follow-ups, and
retention prompts.
* Craft natural, responsive chatbot scripts for our Whatsapp flows, ensuring seamless pre
qualification, query handling, and sale conversion.
* Write compelling pitches and talking points for Frido’s Product Experts to use during
phone or video interactions, highlighting product benefits and use case.
* Create scripts and content guides focus on our ergonomic chairs category, focusing on
demo techniques, objection handling, and closing strategies to convert glances and
impressions into orders.
* Collaborate with AI Voice team to create calling pitches for various customer segments to
target re-purchasing and boost retention and customer satisfaction.
* A/B test messaging for higher engagement rates, and analyze performance to refine
ROAS-focused content.
* Research customer pain points in ergonomic products to infuse copy with empathy,
urgency, and personalization for better engagement.
* Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications,
English, Journalism, or a related field.
* Excellent writing skills with a knack for concise, conversational tone—able to make
complex product features (e.g., orthotics for foot pain) sound approachable and exciting.
* Passion for digital marketing, e-commerce, or conversational commerce; familiarity with
tools like WhatsApp API, Notion, Asana.
* Creative thinker who can adapt copy for diverse audiences, with strong attention to detail
and ability to iterate based on feedback.
* Proficiency in English; additional languages are advantageous for broader reach.
* Real-world experience in a high-growth D2C campaign, directly impacting Inside Sales
and customer journeys.
