What We’re Looking For:

Education:

• No specific degree is required (although it will be favorable if you have a Mass Com & Journalism / Literature background). We care more about your writing skills and hunger to learn.

Experience:

• Beginners and freshers can apply who are willing to learn

Must-Have Skills:

• Strong interest in creative writing
• Willingness to learn fast and write even faster
• Good English grammar and clarity in expression
• Ability to work under deadlines and deliver quickly (Discipline is the key)

Bonus if you have:

• Worked on any marketing campaigns before
• Some knowledge of funnels, email marketing, or VSLs
• Experience writing for Instagram ads or YouTube scripts

What's Necessary

1. Laptop and a reliable internet connection
2. Availability during Indian Standard Time (IST)
3. Excellent English language proficiency
4. Strong research and organizational skills

Roles & Responsibilities:

You will work closely with our senior copywriters and marketers to:

✍️ Help write and edit ad copy, landing page copy, emails, and VSL scripts

📚 Conduct research on client offerings and target audiences

💬 Brainstorm and write creative hooks, CTAs, and storytelling elements

📈 Track the performance of your copy and learn what works

🧠 Learn key copywriting frameworks, formulas, and persuasion strategies

🤝 Collaborate with graphic designers, editors, and the strategy team

What You’ll Be Writing:

• Instagram / Facebook ad copy
• Landing pages & website sections
• Emails (nurturing + promotional)
• Video scripts (short-form & long-form)
• Educational newsletters & content pieces

Key Performance Metrics

• Delivery timelines
• Writing clarity and persuasiveness
• Conversion metrics on sales page
• Email open and click-through rates
• Ad click-through and conversion rates
• Overall campaign ROI

Note: This is a cross-functional role, and you’ll need to work alongside marketers, creative designers, web developers, etc. If you have a go-getter attitude and are always looking for the next challenge, this role might be a great fit for you.
