Your responsibilities:

• Write engaging, conversion-focused copy for digital ads (Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube), email campaigns, landing pages, and more.
• Translate client briefs and marketing strategy into copy that speaks to target audiences and drives action.
• Collaborate with creative and media teams to develop messaging angles and content frameworks that align with campaign goals.
• Use performance data to test, iterate, and improve copy based on insights.
• Maintain brand voice consistency while adapting tone and language for different platforms and formats.
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions, creative direction, and campaign ideation.
• Conduct competitor and audience research to inform messaging.
• Meet project deadlines in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

We're looking for a candidate who has:

• 1–3 years of copywriting experience (agency or digital marketing background preferred)
• Strong understanding of performance marketing and direct-response principles
• Proven ability to write across a range of formats, including short-form ad copy, long-form landing pages, and email flows
• Portfolio that demonstrates persuasive, performance-focused writing
• Attention to detail, grammar, and clarity in both long- and short-form writing
• Comfortable receiving and implementing feedback quickly
• Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Familiarity with platforms like Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Klaviyo, or Unbounce is a plus
