We're looking for an Operations Manager to join our team at Cranberry. Location: Our HQ in Bangalore (on-site 📍) Time: Full time Can start as soon as possible 🛠️ Your Role This will be a job where you help us build things zero to one - Pharma Procurement and Sourcing - Find and onboard manufacturers, suppliers, and packaging partners (for supplements and devices) by evaluating quality, reliability, and cost. Lead conversations on pricing, payment terms, MOQs, and delivery timelines. Warehousing and Inventory - Build simple, efficient systems for stock management and set up KPIs for operations. Manage inventory levels by minimizing carrying costs,spoilage and eliminate inefficiencies. Compliance - Ensure every product meets the required standards (CoA, CDSCO,FSSAI, GMP, ISO, etc.). Work with labs and quality partners to maintain documentation and traceability. 🔍 What would make you a strong fit? You would be a good fit for us if - You must have 3-6 years of experience in operations (procurement, warehousing). You must have worked in health or pharma. You have experience managing vendors and maintaining strategic partnerships. You have experience handling warehousing of pharma products including material, packaging, and storage condition control.
