Senior Copywriter

What you’ll own

• Lead the copy for brand identity projects, campaigns, social, ads, website, packaging, brochures and AV scripts. brandbajade.com
• Translate strategy into strong creative directions and articulate the “why” behind every line.
• Deliver client-ready drafts: headlines, body copy, microcopy, captions, CTAs, scripts, and long-form where required.
• Work closely with designers, motion and video teams to craft integrated creative — write for visuals, not in isolation. brandbajade.com
• Create messaging frameworks, tone-of-voice guides, and micro-copy systems for brands.
• Own revisions and client feedback: present options, recommend the best route, and reduce back-and-forth.

Must-have skills & experience

• 3–6+ years of agency copywriting experience (brand + performance copy).
• Strong portfolio showing campaigns, social ad copy, AV scripts, website copy and brand work. (We expect explanation of your role & thinking for each sample.)
• Able to write crisp headlines, benefit-led body copy and persuasive CTAs.
• Comfortable writing for digital performance (ads, landing pages), brand storytelling and packaging/identity. brandbajade.com
• Understands design constraints and writes to layout/visual hooks.
• Excellent spoken English and written clarity — you should be able to present ideas confidently to clients and internal teams.
• Self-managing: you can take ambiguous briefs, create a plan, and deliver with minimal input.
