Role Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Coordinator to join our Support Team. A fresher with basic knowledge of MS Word & Excel can apply. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer calls, coordinating with clients, and assisting the support team with day-to-day tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with customers in a professional manner.
• Connect calls to the concerned person/department and ensure smooth communication.
• Maintain call records and update details in Excel/Word as required.
• Assist the support team in preparing reports, documents, and other coordination tasks.
• Follow up with customers and internal teams for pending issues.
• Ensure timely and effective communication between customers and the company.

Requirements:

• Fresher can apply (0–1 year experience preferred).
• Basic knowledge of 

  MS Word

   & 

  MS Excel

• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle calls confidently and politely.
• Good coordination and organizational skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
