Job Description

  • Coordinate and organize spare parts offers and orders within a market suitable time period.
  • Support the service department and service engineers.
  • Identify spare parts and deliver them on time to customers.
  • Prepare quotations and spare parts proposals.
  • Proactively offer modification kits and exchange programs.
  • Handle enquiries and provide technical clarifications regarding spare parts.
  • Manage the XXX based spare part stock and dispatch area.
  • Correspond with LWN spare part managers and forward service information.
  • Book and invoice spare parts, service, and warranty orders, and follow up on quotations and order evaluations.
  • Arrange and dispatch quality certificates and process complaints regarding spare parts orders.
  • Coordinate repairs and maintain journal duty availability as agreed upon.
  • Monitor debtors accounts and actively collect outstanding invoices with the XXX accounts department.
  • Request despatch information from customers and collaborate with LWN Spare Parts Manager to dispatch orders.
  • Forward shipping documents to customers and check sales invoices.
  • Prepare customer data (enquiries, orders) including crane serial number, delivery address, checking of correct part numbers, and installation status of relevant cranes.
  • Offer parts and repairs based on internal quotations or actual price lists and payment terms.
Job Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of sales principles, customer service, and spare parts management.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with industry standards and regulations.
  • Educational qualifications: B.Tech/B.E., Diploma.
