Position Overview

We are seeking a qualified Electrical/Mechanical Engineer to take on the role of Coordinator [Customer Relation & Quotation] within our dynamic sales team. This position involves supporting sales operations, managing documentation, coordinating activities, and maintaining effective communication between customers, sales teams, and other internal departments.

Responsibilities

1. Sales Support

• Prepare and process sales orders, invoices, and quotations.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including customer databases.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues or complaints.
• Provide product or service information to customers.

2. Documentation and Reporting

• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses.
• Create sales presentations and marketing materials.
• Organize and maintain sales-related documentation.

3. Order Processing and Coordination

• Track and coordinate order fulfillment processes to ensure timely delivery.
• Collaborate with logistics and warehouse teams to arrange shipments and manage inventory levels.
• Ensure accurate and updated information in the CRM system.

4. Communication and Relationship Building

• Act as a liaison between the sales team, customers, and internal departments.
• Foster positive relationships with customers, partners, and vendors to enhance sales opportunities.

5. Administrative Support

• Manage correspondence, scheduling, and filing for the sales department.
• Organize sales team schedules, travel arrangements, and accommodations.
• Maintain office supplies for the sales team.

6. Sales Analytics and Improvement

• Analyze sales data to identify trends and evaluate performance.
• Monitor metrics like conversion rates and sales targets, providing reports to the sales team and management.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to identify opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications and Skills

1. Mandatory:

• Strong proficiency in English communication.
• Candidates residing nearby are preferred.

2. Educational Background:

• Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering is required.

3. Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
