Job Purpose:

Support and implement global Operational Excellence practices in India. Ensure compliance with global standards, drive process improvements, and enhance efficiency across operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate with global teams on business improvement strategies.
Work with Site Leads to implement projects and monitor progress.
Establish and track metrics for profitability, revenue, and process performance.
Conduct root cause analysis and recommend data-driven solutions.
Analyze and optimize business processes for better performance.
Collaborate with stakeholders to improve processes and sustain improvements.
Standardize logistics processes and align with company targets.
Apply LEAN and Six Sigma Green Belt methodologies in process improvement.
Conduct training on operational excellence tools and perform site audits.
Lead productivity and efficiency initiatives.

Education & Certification:

Graduate in Industrial Engineering or related field.
Certified
Six Sigma Green Belt
and LEAN.
MOST certification is an advantage.

Experience:

2–3 years in project management and continuous improvement (preferably in logistics).
Experience in process mapping, value stream mapping, and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, SAP).
Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Lean, Six Sigma methodologies.
Experience in automation and technology-driven improvements.
Ability to work in cross-cultural, virtual global teams.
