Coordination Manager

Roles & Responsibilities

Coordination & Communication

• Serve as the primary point of contact between management, internal teams, vendors, and clients.
  
• Coordinate closely with sales and distribution teams at Rama Fertichem and creative and production teams at Lasaki Media Works.
  
• Ensure timely follow-ups, accurate documentation, and obtain necessary approvals across departments.
  

Administrative & Office Support

• Manage day-to-day coordination including calls, emails, scheduling, and record keeping.
  
• Handle paperwork, prepare reports, and assist with compliance-related requirements.
  
• Liaise with external offices, government departments, and client/vendor offices for submissions and follow-ups as needed.
  

Project & Production Support (Lasaki Media Works LLP)

• Oversee coordination with freelancers and vendors.
  
• Provide logistical support during shoots, pre-production, and post-production phases.
  

Sales & Operations Support (Rama Fertichem Limited)

• Coordinate with distributors, clients, and vendors to support product sales operations.
  
• Assist with compliance documentation, operational workflows, and supply chain coordination.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• Graduate in any discipline (preferably Management, Mass Communication, or related fields).
  
• 2–5 years of experience in coordination, administration, or project management roles.
  
• Strong communication skills in

  English & Hindi

  ; proficiency in Marathi is a plus.
• Proficient with

  MS Office

  and

  Google Workspace

  .
• Highly organized, proactive, and capable of hands-on work beyond supervisory duties.
  
• Willingness to travel locally within Mumbai for official tasks.
  

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary:

  30,000 per month (fixed)

• Allowances:

  Reimbursed at actuals against valid bills/receipts

• Increments:

  Based on annual performance reviews

• Incentives:

  Performance-based incentives at management’s discretion
